BACKGROUND
Pastor Marshall was one of six children born to Anna Mae and Linwood Head.  A native Washingtonian, she was educated in the Washington, DC school system and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1966.  A widow, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Pastor Marshall has 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.  


FAITH WALK

  • Pastor Marshall received salvation in May, 1979 and in January, 1985 received her certification as an Evangelist from the Holiness Church of Christ Deliverance Center, located in Midland, Pennsylvania; by Founder, Apostle Sam Sallis.  
  • Served as Assistant to Pastor John L. Williams for 7 years 
  • Under the leadership of Pastor T.C. Bundy, Pastor Marshall served in the Praise Team and various teaching positions at the Christian Worship Assembly Church
  • In 1994, Pastor Marshall was diagnosed with lymphoma.  Despite the arduous circumstances, her unwavering faith in God was the catalyst the miraculous healing and restoration of her body two years later, in March 1966.  Flowing in the spiritual gifts of healing and faith, Pastor Marshall had fully dedicated her life's work to the will of God.  
  • Pastor Marshall continued to serve the Lord as a Praise and Worship Leader, Director of Spiritual Affairs, and Director of Crusades at Overcomers Church Worldwide, under the leadership of Emmanuel Mac Jones from Nigeria, Africa
  • In 2007, Pastor Marshall was called to the office of a Pastor, serving to this day at Victory Fellowship Church of God of Prophecy in Manassas, VA.  She is under the leadership of the Church of God of Prophecy State Overseer, Bishop Robert F. Davis in Troutville VA


In addition to serving as the shepherd of her ministry, Pastor Marshall conducts conferences, seminars, workshops, retreats, and other speaking engagements.
