Our mission is to love one another and spread the love of the Gospel everywhere, which is the mandate of every believer. As an affiliate of the Church of God of Prophecy "COGOP", we also model the core values of prayer, harvest, leadership development, and stewardship.

We are a small church. Come as you are...there's no judgement, no special attire, or no agenda other than what the Holy Spirit directs. Expect to be embraced and treated as a member of the family.

Pastor Dale C. Marshall joined the Manassas, VA community as the pastor of Victory Fellowship for over 11 years. A tenacious teacher and humble servant, Pastor Marshall leads by example and is active within the community through prayer, outreach, and service. Members and visitors alike are shown the love that Christ graciously taught to His disciples.

We use both the Old Testament and the Gospels as the foundation for our faith and the inspiration for our daily lives. We put those teachings into practice.
